Dorchester County MD Campaign for Grade-level Reading

The Dorchester CGLR is made possible by the John and Janice Wyatt Foundation (J2W Foundation) and key donors of committed Dorchester County philanthropists. They are intensely focused on creating equity and leveling the playing field for socially and economically disadvantaged children.

Education means emancipation. It means light and liberty. It means the uplifting of the soul into the glorious light of truth, the light by which all can be made free.
